One of Carbon Mods most popular products, our real carbon fibre battery cover is the perfect enhancement to your engine bay. This version standard sized version will fit the majority of car battery sizes but please measure your battery before ordering to avoid disappointment.
- This Product is made to conform to FIA regulations from aerospace grade materials; the cover is UV, temperature and Chemical resistant. The carbon weave is 2/2 twill and gives the 3D effect not seen on carbon effect products.
- The inner face of the product has exceptionally high electrical resistance, which is essential as it protects your battery from accidental short circuit.
- The cover comes complete with a mounting kit that allows simple fixing and makes removal and re-fitting straight forward. This battery cover is NOT held down with self-adhesive Velcro like the other similar products.
- The cover is mounted with ventilation stand-off, this allows the dangerous gasses that can be produced by the battery to dispel.
- Fitting instructions are supplied.
This cover measures 7" deep, and is available in various lengths (see drop-down menu). 9.5" is the most common length and fits most cars. A smaller battery cover is available to suit certain batteries.
Please Note:A small amount of trimming may be required to achieve a perfect fit; this is dependant upon your desired wire routing.
