The nosecone follows all of the original lines of the standard Westfield SEiW nosecone ensuring that it is easy to install and a perfect fit, true to the original styling of the car with the benefit of being 1/3 of the weight of the OEM fibreglass part!
Materials and Process
Manufactured from 100% pre-preg carbon fibre, no glass or other materials are used in the making of the nosecone, creating a part that is incredibly strong and yet weighs an astonishing 1200g. The OEM Westfield part weighs 3600g.
Use of particularly advanced pre-preg materials, the nosecone has a flawless high gloss surface finish often not seen on pre-preg carbon fibre parts.
The nosecone is supplied trimmed and finished to an exacting standard with both the main upper aperture and the lower (sometimes referred to as ‘bike engine’) slot cut.
