Developed using the same unique technology used for our carbon fibre mud-flaps, these Carbon Fibre Stone-chip Guards are made from genuine 2/2 twill, 3k carbon fibre fabric and a specially formulated polymer.
Unlike all other stone-chip guards on the market, our Carbon Fibre Polymer Stone-chip Guards are actually completely resistant to stone-chips! The unique polymer can withstand almost unlimited impact from road dirt, stones, grit and even oil and tar. Simply wiping over the surface of the guards is enough to restore them to brand new appearance.
The plain weave, 3k carbon fabric used in the guards provides them with the unmistakable appearance of genuine carbon fibre whist adding fantastic tear strength to the polymer. We now use two layers of 200g plain weave carbon in two separate layers of polymer bonded to eachother to create a very strong, very smooth material.
As well as their amazing resistance to damage caused by stone-chips and road dirt, our Carbon Fibre Polymer Stone-chip Guards are also highly resistant to U.V. light and most chemicals meaning they should last as long as your car does!
Fitting Instructions
In order to leave the surface of the guards smooth and uninterrupted they are supplied complete with a strong self-adhesive 3M backing which can be stuck directly onto clean rear arches.
The stone-chip guards are available pre-cut to suit the majority of 7 type kit-cars (including Westfield) but can be supplied oversize ready for you to cut to suit your application on request (in which can they will be supplied without the self adhesive backing attached).

Alternatively, we are currently offering a free cutting service to your template (posted to us in paper form) which we can turn around within a week! Stone-chip guards cut to template will be provided with a high quality.
